We also know that diets don’t work so we integrate education, support, meal planning, and yoga into all of our wellness programs to help you lose the weight and keep it off.
Classes integrate a variety of meditation techniques and breathing exercises aimed to reduce stress and increase clarity so you can enjoy a more peaceful approach to life as you develop a daily meditation practice. With so many different meditations and mindfulness techniques offered, you are bound to find one that works for you! All levels welcome! Includes Kundalini Yoga and MBSR techniques.
